个人自述(个人经历、获奖情况等)

1984毕业于北京大学物理系,获学士学位;1987年于北京工业大学凝聚态物理专业获硕士学位后留校任教;1990年于北京工业大学获光学博士学位。1993年12月破格晋升教授,1998年12月起先后任北京工业大学材料学、光学工程学科博士生导师。曾任中国物理学会光散射专业委员会副主任、教育部高等学校工程训练教学指导委员会副主任、教育部高等学校物理基础课程教学指导分委员会副主任、中国高等教育学会产学研合作教育分会副会长、中国发明协会高校创造教育分会常务副理事长、《光电子•激光》常务副主编、北京工业大学副校长、北京石油化工学院校长。

以第一完成人获得国家级教学成果奖二等奖2项、北京市科学技术奖二等奖1项;发表学术论文200余篇,其中被SCI/EI检索160多篇;获美国专利授权2项、国家发明专利授权40多项;出版专著2部。指导的博士生获得2008年全国优秀博士学位论文提名,指导的研究生2次获得王大珩光学奖学生光学奖。曾获“留学回国人员成就奖”、“北京市五四奖章”,是享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。
