个人自述(个人经历、获奖情况等)

教授,博导,太阳集团城网2018超短脉冲激光及应用研究所所长,主要开展先进激光技术及应用方面的研究工作。包括近红外、中红外以及紫外波段的飞秒、皮秒和纳秒激光器,以及激光与材料相互作用机理和效能等研究。研究所现有教授1人、副教授2人、助理研究员2人、在读博士生9名,硕士生18名。团队负责人李平雪教授入选首届青年北京学者(2018年)、茅以升青年科技奖(2019年)、北京市百千万人才工程(2018年)、北京教委青年拔尖人才(2012年)、北京工业大学京华人才(2013年)、北京工业大学优秀教师(2018年)。培养的研究生多次获得国家研究生奖学金、校科技创新一等奖、校优秀硕士毕业论文等科技奖励。作为项目负责人承担了国家科技研发计划、国家863计划、国家自然基金项目、预研重点项目、科技部研发计划、北京市科委、教委计划项目等国家、省部级科研项目20余项。中国激光杂志社青年编委、北京光学学会理事,中国电子学会量子电子学与光电子学分会委员。
